Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 856bd website accessible at 856bd.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services operated by 856bd.
• "Player" / "You" means any natural person who has registered a verified account on the 856bd Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by and assigned to a single Player.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 856bd BDT wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any active bonus holds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 856bd that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate wager amount — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — that must be completed before a Bonus Balance converts to Real Money Balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transaction currency of the 856bd Platform.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party game studio whose titles are made available through the 856bd Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 856bd registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that: (a) you are a natural person acting on your own behalf; (b) all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and current; (c) you are not prohibited from accessing online gaming platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (d) you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply from the moment of account registration and remain in effect for the entire duration of your relationship with 856bd, including after account closure for matters relating to outstanding balances, dispute resolution, or legal proceedings.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 856bd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 856bd operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Upon registration, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 856bd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts confirmed to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance — including deposited funds — may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal policy.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 856bd Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers that are reasonably traceable to the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 856bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances therein.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

856bd primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their place of residence or access. 856bd makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal exposure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

856bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 856bd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

You must notify 856bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 856bd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where unusual activity, security anomalies, or suspected policy violations are detected. In such cases, 856bd will contact the Player via the registered email address with an explanation and, where applicable, a route to reinstatement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

856bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

All deposits are denominated and processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion fee applied by 856bd to BDT transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 856bd does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which 856bd accepts no liability.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 856bd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will only be processed after all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances have been satisfied. 856bd reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.

Bonus Policy

856bd may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before the resulting balance may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Balance only unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment account, unless the specific promotion expressly permits repeat claims.
• 856bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account.
• Bonuses credited in error will be reclaimed by 856bd and any winnings derived from erroneous bonus credits may be voided.
• Participation in any bonus offer while using prohibited software or in coordination with other players to exploit bonus structures will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on 856bd are supplied by licensed and audited third-party Game Providers. The rules governing each game — including minimum and maximum stake limits, side bet availability, and return-to-player rates — are determined by the respective Game Provider and are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions on a matter specific to game mechanics, the in-game rules of the respective Game Provider shall take precedence.

For sports betting and cricket markets, odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Live in-play markets may be suspended or cancelled at 856bd's discretion where data integrity issues, match interruptions, or technical failures make the continuation of in-play betting unreliable. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of manifest error or confirmed market irregularity.

856bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or on markets affected by integrity concerns. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 856bd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether directly or via another person acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of account use.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in game software — regardless of whether such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, including communicating hole cards or game states in live dealer games, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or operating as a syndicate to abuse promotions.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Charging back or reversing payment transactions without the prior knowledge and agreement of 856bd.
• Attempting to access accounts other than your own, or attempting to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 856bd Platform — including but not limited to the 856bd brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, proprietary software, text, graphics, game interfaces supplied by Game Providers, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 856bd. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 856bd intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

Game content supplied by Game Providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. 856bd grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, which terminates immediately upon account closure.

Privacy & Data

856bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 856bd will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 856bd's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the liability arose.

856bd shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from use of the Platform; (b) service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network outages, force majeure events, or any cause beyond 856bd's reasonable control; (c) game outcomes determined by certified random number generation, which by their nature cannot be influenced by 856bd; (d) losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security as required under Section 4.

Responsible Gaming

856bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain healthy gambling habits. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps in BDT. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure timed reminders that appear during active play sessions at your chosen interval.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which login access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your account with a minimum exclusion period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

Termination

Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure is eligible for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and wagering requirement conditions. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

856bd may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of: (a) any breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; (c) a regulatory or legal requirement to do so; (d) conduct that 856bd reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players. In cases of termination for cause, 856bd reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the terms agreed between you and 856bd at the point of registration. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

856bd operates as a safe and reliable platform applying SSL encryption, fair play certification, and responsible gaming standards. Any dispute relating to account balances, bet settlement, or bonus administration shall first be submitted through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 15, before any external escalation.
